• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from reasonable wear and tear, voltage outside of the North American Standard Voltage Range 108 to 132 VAC (60HZ), acts of God, misuse (including use of the product for an unintended application), abuse, improper packaging of product returned to Charlotte Lighting, neglect and improper or incorrect installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning
instructions.

Charlotte Lighting strongly recommends using a professional electrician for all installation and repair of its products.

RETURN POLICY

Charlotte Lighting promises to provide you with an outstanding customer experience every time you shop with us. This Return Policy is designed to give you confidence that we stand behind the products on our marketplace and to make returns easy if you’re not fully satisfied with an item. You should review these terms carefully before making any purchase.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased from us, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. To return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged and Defective Items

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

If you choose to get a refund for eligible items, you’ll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For damaged or defective items (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set), you will also receive a refund for any amount you may have paid through Charlotte Lighting to have the item shipped to you. For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (whether the item was shipped by parcel or freight).

Missing Items

If your order is missing any items or parts, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery.

SPECIAL ORDER (NON-CATALOGUED) CHARLOTTE LIGHTING FIXTURES

Charlotte Lighting will not accept returns of special order (non-catalogued) lighting fixtures or component parts. The only exceptions to this Policy are your receipt of:
• Incorrect or missing component parts resulting in an incorrect configuration;
• Noticeably damaged outer product packaging; and
• Defective component parts (defects must exist at the time you receive the product).

In the event of any of these occurrences, please contact Charlotte Lighting and provide proof of both your purchase and the reason for the return (i.e. photographs of damaged product packaging, defective component parts, and incorrect component parts). If after inspection your
return is approved, you will receive replacement component parts.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Component parts (electrical sockets and LED light engines) returned for replacement will be replaced with like-kind component parts; exchanges for a different style component part are not allowed.
Items determined to have been installed or used in any way will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to you at your cost.
Component parts that are damaged while in your possession will not be accepted for return.

Special order (non-catalogued) indoor lighting fixtures or component parts are also ineligible for our stock exchange. Field disposal is not permitted.
